Your plan sets how long collected data is kept and which formats you can export it in.

How long data is kept

There are three separate windows, because the three kinds of record differ enormously in size:

• Pageviews and events - the records behind every chart and report.
• Per-visit detail - the individual clicks and scrolls a heatmap is drawn from, and a visitor's own event history.
• Session replays - by far the largest, and usually kept for the shortest time.

Anything past its window is removed automatically. Some plans keep data indefinitely; your current allowances are shown on the plan page.

Deleting a website deletes everything collected for it, and that cannot be undone.

Exporting

The list pages - visitors, pageviews, replays, heatmaps and the rest - can be exported from the toolbar on each one. An export contains everything matching what you are looking at, not only the page on screen.

CSV and JSON are the two formats, and which of them you can use depends on your plan. Any page can also be printed, which is how you get a PDF.
