Teams

A team lets other people read the analytics for websites you choose, without sharing your account or giving them anything else in it.

You create a team, choose which of your websites it covers, and invite people by email address. Somebody who accepts can sign in to their own account and switch into your team to read those websites. They see nothing else you own.

A member is a reader. They cannot add or delete websites, change your settings, or manage the team itself.

Invitations

An invitation is sent to the address you enter and stays listed as Invited until it is accepted. If the person does not have an account yet, the invitation lets them create one.

You can remove somebody from a team at any time, and their access stops immediately. Removing a member is always available to you, even if your plan no longer includes creating teams - so a lapsed plan can never leave you unable to cut off access.
