Will the pixel tracking code slow down my website?

No. It does not slow the website at all as the javascript code is running asynchronously and waits for the page to be ready until it executes and starts the tracking process.

Why are some visitors excluded from tracking?

There are some cases where a visitor can be excluded from tracking:

• Visitor has a browser which has JavaScript disabled
• Visitor has a browser which has localStorage disabled or not working (advanced tracking only, as lightweight tracking does not use it)
• Visitor has a browser/browser plugin that is blocking tracking
• Visitor has opted out of tracking on your website (advanced tracking only)

Why do my numbers differ from another analytics tool?

No two analytics tools count identically. They disagree about what a session is, about which requests are bots, about whether a visitor blocking one script also blocks the other, and about the timezone a day starts in. A consistent difference between two tools is normal; a sudden change in one of them is what is worth investigating.

Can I track more than one website?

Yes. Each website you add gets its own tracking code and its own analytics, and how many you can have is part of your plan. Every report is scoped to the website selected in the sidebar.
